The Raman spectrum of said catalyst includes 990 and/or 974 cm-1 bands characteristic of at least one Keggin heteropolyanion, bands characteristic of said succinate, and the main 896 cm-1 band characteristic of acetic acid. The invention also relates to the method for preparing the catalyst and to the use of said catalyst in hydroconversion.
