Zusammenfassung:The present invention is based on the excessive pain of people wearing high heel shoes, since they have a constant harmful stimulus over a generally hard surface, in occasions the pain is so hard that walking becomes unbearable and the feet are swollen, the epidermis weakened, the blood flow reduced, forming callus, blisters, wounds, edema, rash, heat, necrosis, the correct position of the bones being lost and sometimes a zone of the skin being exposed. Common insoles are available, but these are not anatomic or long lasting, on the contrary, these are uncomfortable and lack resistance, when being introduced into the footwear they generally come off the shoe and generate a bad appearance or even an accident, thus not solving the detected and imperative needs: health and welfare in the feet. An insole has been developed (fig. 3) which is anatomic, comfortable, resistant, long lasting made with the aforementioned formula for providing health and wellness to the feet, which is introduced into the manufacturing process of the high heel shoes, being arranged between the sole of the foot and the liner (fig. 2), a stitch being performed around the insole (Fig. 5) for the maximum fix. The insole has a strategic distribution for accurately dampening the zone with a higher fatigue in the foot.
