More particularly, the present invention further relates to an effective method of seed treatment for controlling fungal species such as Plasmopara halstedii, Phytophthora sojae, or Pythium ultimum.. La presente invención se refiere a un método para controlar hongos patógenos de plantas mediante la aplicación de ciazofamida a un material de propagación vegetal. La presente invención se refiere además a un método eficaz de tratamiento de semillas para controlar hongos patógenos de plantas y Oomycetes. De manera más particular, la presente invención se refiere además a un método eficaz de tratamiento de semillas para controlar especies fúngicas tales como Plasmopara halstedii, Phytophthora sojae o Pythium ultimum.
