4-PHENYL-TETRAHYDROPYRIDINE DERIVATIVES FOR TREATING HEARING DISEASES

The present invention relates to 4-phenyl-tetrahydropyridine derivatives for use in the treatment of hearing diseases, in particular in the treatment of unilateral or bilateral sensorineural hearing loss and/or of cochlear synaptopathy optionally combined with tinnitus. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition allowing a trans-tympanic administration of 4-phenyl-tetrahydropyridine derivatives and to said pharmaceutical composition for use in the treatment of hearing diseases, in particular in the treatment of unilateral or bilateral sensorineural hearing loss and/or of cochlear synaptopathy optionally combined with tinnitus. La presente invención se refiere a derivados de 4-fenil-tetrahidropiridina para uso en el tratamiento de enfermedades auditivas, en particular en el tratamiento de pérdida auditiva neurosensorial unilateral o bilateral y/o de sinaptopatía coclear opcionalmente combinada con tinnitus. La presente invención también se refiere a una composición farmacéutica que permite una administración transtimpánica de derivados de 4-fenil-tetrahidropiridina y a dicha composición farmacéutica para su uso en el tratamiento de enfermedades auditivas, en particular en el tratamiento de la pérdida auditiva neurosensorial unilateral o bilateral y/o o de sinaptopatía coclear opcionalmente combinada con tinnitus.
