The present invention discloses the synthesis and characterisation of exemplary compounds as well as pharmacological data thereof. La presente invención se refiere a compuestos de la fórmula (I), como moduladores de HTT para el tratamiento de la enfermedad de Huntington. Un compuesto de ejemplo es por ejemplo el ejemplo 1: (R)-5-(3-(ciclopropilamino)pirrolidin-1-il)-N-(2-metil-1-6-(oxazo l-5-ilmetoxi)-2H-indazol-5-il)pirazina-2carboxamida.
