TRPC6 INHIBITORY COMPOUNDS FOR TREATING SEPSIS

The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) for use in methods for of a patient with a disorder associated with bacterial or fungal severe sepsis, and bacterial or fungal septic shock and conditions arising therefrom, wherein the groups Y, A and R1 to R7 have the meanings given in the claims and specification, pharmaceutical compositions which contain compounds of this kind and their use as medicaments for the treatment of bacterial or fungal severe sepsis and bacterial or fungal septic shock and conditions arising therefrom. La presente invención se relaciona con compuestos de fórmula (I) (ver Fórmula) (I) para usar en métodos de tratamiento de un paciente con un trastorno asociado con sepsis severa bacteriana o fúngica y shock séptico bacteriano o fúngico y condiciones resultantes, en donde los grupos Y, A y R1 a R7 tienen el significado indicado en las reivindicaciones y en la descripción; composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen compuestos de este tipo y su uso como medicamentos para el tratamiento de una sepsis severa bacteriana o fúngica y shock séptico bacteriano o fúngico y condiciones resultantes.
