Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a chiral synthesis of mono- or di-substituted (S)-2-(4-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)-2-((3-methoxy-5-(methylsulfony l)phenyl)amino)-1-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethenone derivatives of formula (I) by a) reacting a 1-(4-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)-2-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethane-1, 2-dione derivative of formula (II) with 3-methoxy-5-(methylsulfonyl)aniline to produce a 2-(4-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)-2-((3-methoxy-5-(methylsulfonyl) phenyl)imino)-1-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethanone derivative of formula (II), and b) hydrogenation of this compound of formula (II) to produce the title compound of formula (I). La presente invención se relaciona con una síntesis quiral de derivados mono o disustituidos de (S)-2-(4-cloro-2-metoxifenil)-2- ((3-metoxi-5-(metilsulfonil)fenil)amino)-1-(1H-indol-3- il)etenona de la Fórmula (I) mediante a) la reacción de un derivado de 1-(4-cloro-2-metoxifenil)-2- (1H-indol-3-il)etano-1,2- diona de la Fórmula (II) con 3-metoxi-5-(metilsulfonil)anilina para producir un derivado de 2-(4-cloro-2-metoxifenil)-2-((3-metox i-5-(metilsulfonil)fenil)imino)-1-(1H-indol-3- il)etanona de la Fórmula (II), y b) la hidrogenación de este compuesto de la Fórmula (II) para producir el compuesto del título de la Fórmula (I).
