Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a process for obtaining and composing formulations from the use of an ethanolic extract of the Solidago graminifolia plant, which contains compounds with an antimicrobial effect that provide it with an efficient disinfectant activity to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria present in food products. Said formulations correspond to the minimum inhibitory concentrations of the extract alone and combined with disinfectant chemical agents, such as lactic acid, ethanol, and sodium hypochlorite, at concentrations that do not alter the organoleptic properties of the food.
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la obtención y composición de formulaciones a partir del uso de un extracto etánolico de la planta Solidago graminifolia, el cual contiene compuestos con efecto antimicrobiano que le proporcionan una eficiente actividad desinfectante para inhibir el crecimiento de bacterias patógenas presentes en productos alimenticios. La composición de las formulaciones descritas corresponde a las concentraciones mínimas inhibitorias del extracto solo y combinado con agentes químicos desinfectantes como ácido láctico etanol e hipoclorito de sodio a concentraciones que no alteren las propiedades organolépticas del alimento. |
