The invention further relates to methods for producing the antibodies, and to methods of using them in the treatment of disease. La presente invención se refiere en general a anticuerpos que se unen a CD3 y CD19, por ejemplo, para activar linfocitos T. Además, la presente invención se refiere a polinucleótidos que codifican dichos anticuerpos, y vectores y células huésped que comprenden dichos polinucleótidos. La invención se refiere además a procedimientos para producir los anticuerpos y a procedimientos para usarlos en el tratamiento de una enfermedad.
