Zusammenfassung:	Methods of identifying agents that modulate the interleukin-17 (IL-17) pathway are described. Said methods use detecting a level of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) in a cell supernatant and/or detecting an expression level of one gene or a panel of genes of a cell treated with an agent. Also described are probes capable of detecting a gene or panel of genes and kits for identifying agents that modulate the IL-17 pathway. Se describen métodos para identificar agentes que modulan la ruta de interleucina-17 (IL-17). Dichos métodos usan la detección de un nivel de factor estimulante de colonias de granulocitos (G-CSF) en un sobrenadante celular y/o la detección de un nivel de expresión de un gen o un panel de genes de una célula tratada con un agente. También se describen sondas capaces de detectar un gen o panel de genes y kits para identificar agentes que modulan la ruta de IL-17.
