Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a portable system for detecting fractures in photovoltaic module cells, consisting of a removable metal support structure in the shape of a polygonal prism, assembled on the examined MFV, an upper UV lighting subsystem removably coupled to the upper part of the said support structure by a plurality of supports, formed by a rectangular panel comprising a circular arrangement of LEDs, distributed in at least ten groups of al at least three LEDs. Said upper UV lighting subsystem irradiates UV light on the examined MFV, including means for capturing or acquiring images, an image capturing camera, and fixing support configured to place and fix the camera in different positions on the metal structure. Also, it includes a control center, a display touch screen, and a PC with specialized automated image analysis software, configured to detect fractures by processing and analyzing UV-stimulated fluorescence radiation images captured by the camera and to generat e a report of the number and location of defects found in the MFV images. Further, it comprises a metal cabinet with a voltage regulator inside, a rechargeable battery, power switches on the outside, and a black cover configured to isolate the lighting subsystem, the image capture or acquisition camera, and the surface of the MFV from ambient light.
