Zusammenfassung:It presents said method whose individual section machine (1) comprises a plurality of blank molds (2) and a plurality of finished molds (3), wherein the blank mold (2) interacts with a finished mold (3 ) in each case, comprising the following method steps, which are carried out for a pair of a blank mold (2) and a finished mold (3): introducing a drop of glass into the blank mold (2); production of a parison from a drop of glass in the blank mold (2); transfer from the parison to the finished mold (3); activating a vacuum valve (4) to generate a vacuum in the finished mold (3) from the first specific moment of activation and simultaneously measuring the evolution of the vacuum pressure; and activating a finishing blowing valve (6) to generate a finishing blowing pressure from a second specific activation time, which is subsequent to the first specific activation time by a pre-established duration, so that the compressed air is blown into the finished mold from above, and simultaneously measuring the evolution of the finishing blowing pressure; and checking whether the evolution of the measured vacuum pressure and the evolution of the measured finishing blowing pressure met a pre-established condition.Thus, an option is presented to allow this type of operation of an individual section machine in which the rejects of defective glass containers produced can be effectively identified and which, in addition, preferably presents only a low discard rate of the glass containers.
