Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a hibiscus drink composition (Hibiscus Sabdariffa) with a high concentration of antioxidants and dietary fiber that has functional properties, such as reducing cholesterol, transport, and inhibiting the production of GLP-1. Also, it reduces weight gain and comprises for every 100 ml of the drink, six to eight grams of hibiscus calyx, 0.80g to one gram of mint, 13g to 14g of agave fructans, 0.4g to 0.5g of Stevia, 0.2g to 0.4g of guar gum, and 0.05g to 0.1g of citric acid. La presente invención se refiere a una composición de bebida de jamaica (Hibiscus Sabdariffa) con alta concentración de antioxidantes y fibra dietética que posee propiedades funcionales como reducir el transporte de colesterol e inhibir la producción de GLP-1, así como reducir la ganancia en peso, y que se caracteriza por comprender por cada 100 ml de la bebida, de 6 g a 8 g de cáliz de jamaica; de 0.80 g a 1 g de menta; de 13 g a 14 g de fructanos de agave; de 0.4 g a 0.5 g de Stevia; de 0.2g a 0.4 g de goma guar; de 0.05 g a 0.1 g de ácido cítrico .
