METHODS OF TREATING AND PREVENTING ENGRAFTMENT ARRHYTHMIAS

Described herein are methods and compositions related to treating and preventing an engraftment arrhythmia with an effective amount of amiodarone and ivabradine. Also described herein is a method of cardiomyocyte transplant, the method comprises: administering in vitro-differentiated cardiomyocytes to cardiac tissue of a subject in need thereof; and administering to the subject an amount of amiodarone and an amount of ivabradine effective to reduce engraftment arrhythmia in the subject. Se describen en la presente métodos y composiciones relacionadas para tratar y prevenir una arritmia por injerto con una cantidad efectiva de amiodarona e ivabradina. También se describe en la presente un método de trasplante de cardiomiocitos, el método comprende: administrar cardiomiocitos diferenciados in vitro al tejido cardíaco de un sujeto en necesidad del mismo; y administrar al sujeto una cantidad de amiodarona y una cantidad de ivabradina efectiva para reducir la arritmia por injerto en el sujeto.
