ANTI-TSLP ANTIBODY AND USES THEREOF

Related are an anti-TSLP antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, nucleic acid molecules coding same, and a method for preparing same. The anti-TSLP antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof have high affinity to TSLP, capable of effectively binding with TSLP and blocking the proliferative effect of TSLP with respect to Ba/F3-hTSLPR-hIL7Rα cells, and blocking the capability of TSLP in activating and secreting cytokines with respect to PBMC. At the same time, further related are a medicinal composition comprising the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof, and uses of the composition in preparing a medicament for preventing and/or treating asthma, allergic inflammation, an allergic reaction or autoimmune disease. Están relacionados un anticuerpo anti-TSLP o un fragmento de unión a antígeno del mismo, moléculas de ácido nucleico que lo codifican y un método para prepararlo; e anticuerpo anti-TSLP o el fragmento de unión a antígeno del mismo tiene una gran afinidad por TSLP, es capaz de unirse eficazmente a TSLP y bloquear el efecto proliferativo de TSLP con respecto a las células Ba/F3-hTSLPR-hIL7Ra y bloquear la capacidad de TSLP en activar y secretar citoquinas con respecto a PBMC; al mismo tiempo, se relacionan además una composición medicinal que comprende el anticuerpo o el fragmento de unión a antígeno del mismo y los usos de la composición en la preparación de un medicamento para prevenir y/o tratar el asma, la inflamación alérgica, una reacción alérgica o una enfermedad autoinmune.
