The compounds present in the hydrogel do not cause any allergic reaction by their nature. La presente invención se refiere a un hidrogel para la administración dirigida y controlada de compuestos lipídicos. El hidrogel permite liberar controladamente en el tracto intestinal compuestos activos de naturaleza lipofílica, evitando su hidrólisis e interacción con compuestos no deseados. Los compuestos presentes en el hidrogel no causan ningún tipo de reacción alérgica por su naturaleza.
