Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a high-energy ball mill with speed control with an operating range of up to 3000 RPM used to modify particle size and crystalline structure or perform chemical reactions from the mechanical impact between starting materials in solid state and metal pellets. Said machine consists of a tubular profile table with a metal plate, which supports the three-phase motor, the transmission shaft, the bearings, the flywheel, the vice with eccentric bearings, the container, and the flange. The function of the three-phase motor is to transmit the rotation movement through the flexible coupling to the transmission shaft, which has a flywheel to reduce its vibrations. Said shaft is mounted on pillow blocks and supports for proper alignment with the motor shaft, attaching the clamp to its free end through an eccentric bearing that has a cut of 15 degrees to the vertical to generate a shaking movement. Also, the container locates safely between the clamp and a flange th rough screws with the materials in a solid state, placing the metal pellets in the absence of catalysts and solvents. It includes an instrumentation and data acquisition system comprising a graphical user interface, a speed sensor, a data acquisition module, and a speed control module. Further, it aims to modify the particle size or the crystalline structure of various materials and carry out chemical reactions to obtain new materials without solvents and catalysts by mechanical impact, thus providing a unique identity considered a viable alternative in studying and processing organic and inorganic materials.
Esta invención hace referencia a un molino de bolas de alta energía con control de velocidad con un intervalo de operación de hasta 3000 RPM que se utiliza para modificar tamaño de partícula, estructura cristalina o realizar reacciones químicas, a partir del impacto mecánico entre materiales de partida en estado sólido y balines metálicos. La máquina consiste de una mesa de perfil tubular con una placa metálica, la cual soporta el motor trifásico, el eje de transmisión, las chumaceras, el volante de inercia, la mordaza con rodamiento excéntrico, el contenedor y la brida.
