Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a mounting medium for high-resolution light microscopy, comprising 3,3'-thiodipropanol (C6H14O2S), PBS, and water. Said mounting medium is compatible with the use of fluorophore-conjugated phalloidins for fluorescent labeling of the actin cytoskeleton, allowing the detection of the fluorescence of at least six fluorophores that emit in different regions of the visible with a refractive index equal to that of glass and immersion oil. Se proporciona un medio de montaje para microscopía óptica de alta resolución que comprende 3,3´-tiodipropanol (C6H14O2S); PBS; y agua; en donde dicho medio de montaje es compatible con el uso de faloidinas conjugadas con fluoróforos para el marcaje fluorescente del citoesqueleto de actina; en donde dicho medio de montaje permite la detección de la fluorescencia de por lo menos 6 fluoróforos que emiten en diferentes regiones del visible; y en donde dicho medio de montaje tiene un índice de refracción igual al del vidrio y del aceite de inmersión.
