Zusammenfassung:	Methods of expanding peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) from blood of patients with hematological malignancies, including lymphomas and leukemias, genetic modifications of expanded PBLs to incorporate chimeric antigen receptors, genetically modified T cell receptors, and other genetic modifications, and uses of such expanded and/or modified PBLs in the treatment of diseases such as cancers and hematological malignancies are disclosed herein. Se describen en el presente documento métodos para expandir linfocitos de sangre periférica (PBLs) de la sangre de pacientes con neoplasias hematológicas malignas, incluyendo linfomas y leucemias, modificaciones genéticas de PBLs expandidos para incorporar receptores de antígenos quiméricos, receptores de células T modificados genéticamente, y otras modificaciones genéticas, y usos de tales PBLs expandidos y/o PBLs modificados en el tratamiento de enfermedades tales como cánceres y neoplasias malignas hematológicas.
