Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to the use of steroid derivatives administered intranasally for controlling neuroinflammatory processes in subjects who have a neurodegenerative, autoimmune, infectious, tumor, vascular, toxic, septic, or traumatic disorder. Also, it is of use for treating neuroinflammatory diseases such as multiple sclerosis, cerebrovascular event, Parkinson's disease, and neuropathologies in whose pathogenesis neuroinflammation is an essential component. La presente se refiere al uso de derivados de esteroides administrados por vía intranasal para el control de procesos neuroinflamatorios en sujetos que tienen un trastorno neurodegenerativo, autoinmune, infeccioso, tumoral, vascular, tóxico, séptico o traumático, preferentemente la invención es útil para el tratamiento de enfermedades neuroinflamatorias como esclerosis múltiple, evento cerebrovascular, enfermedad de Parkinson y neuropatologías en cuya patogenia la neuroinflamación es un componente esencial.
