La presente invención se refiere a nuevas cepas bacterianas, un consorcio que comprende dichas cepas, una composición que comprende al menos una de dichas nuevas cepas bacterianas, de preferencia en combinación con un bioestimulante de planta y su uso en la agricultura, de preferencia, para mejorar la absorción de nutrientes en plantas y, en consecuencia, mejorar el crecimiento y desarrollo de la planta.
