La presente invención se refiere a una composición comestible continua en agua que comprende 15-80% en peso de agua, por peso de la composición, 5-50% en peso de semillas de girasol trituradas, por peso de la composición, en donde las semillas de girasol trituradas consisten de semillas de girasol crudas y semillas de girasol tostadas de modo que el 5-50% en peso de las semillas de girasol trituradas sean semillas de girasol tostadas.
