Tornillo de estabilización intervertebral que comprende un cuerpo principal con una rosca distal de fijación a hueso, dicha rosca distal estando situada en un extremo distal del cuerpo principal, y una zona de recepción para una herramienta percutánea de accionamiento en un extremo proximal, en el que el tornillo presenta asimismo exteriormente y separada de la rosca distal una rosca proximal de fijación a hueso situada en un extremo proximal del tornillo.
