La presente invención está relacionada con nanoeritrosomas como vehículo de transporte para uso teragnóstico, particularmente contra glioma. Estos nanoeritrosomas comprenden una proteína que es un fragmento de anticuerpo anti EGFRvlll que permite reconocer células que sobreexpresen el receptor EGFRvlll presente en las células de glioma.
