SYSTEM AND METHOD TO GENERATE A MULTIMODAL USER INTERFACE ON MULTIPLE COMPUTER DEVICES THAT CONFORM INTERACTIVE SPACES

The present disclosure is related to a method for generating a multimodal user interface for multiple computing devices in interactive spaces comprising the following steps: (a) select at least one type of computing resource through which a user interacts in an interactive space; (b) selecting at least one input or output device in said computing resource; (c) identifying the set of computing resources as well as the interactions in said set of computing resources of the interactive space, identifying the type of interaction and the information associated with each computing resource involved in order to generate a scenario for the use of multimodal interfaces; (d) record the input and output of computing resources, managing an information arrangement housed in a non-transitory storage medium of a computing system, where all the information is recorded in order to identify the computing resources that are available and generate an appropriate interaction between them; (e) identify the type of computing resource that enters the interactive space; (f) record the characteristics of each computing resource, in order to provide adequate interaction between the participating resources; (g) identify the interaction modes that a computing resource supports and what modes are available so that the end user can interact with the user interface; (h) select an available interaction modality that supports a computing resource, and where said modalities correspond to the modalities and conditions of the CARE properties; and (i) implement steps a) through h) in a Web-oriented language and in a data storage medium that will be executed in a microprocessor that also includes data storage means and digital information input or output devices, where the multimodal user interface is generated.
