Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a smart compress of hydrogel based on poly N-isopropyl acrylamide chitosan with gold Nano rods embedded in its surface. It has a remotely controllable electronic system (a network of lasers) that supplies light transformed into heat, causing the polymer to release the hydrophilic substance. Also, it provides a localized low-temperature heat treatment (below 45°C) and releases hydrophilic liquids in a controlled and remotely programmable manner. Further, it allows programming the hours and doses administered in various treatments, such as chemotherapy, exposed melanomas, physiotherapy, and the supply of free-use drugs as anti-inflammatory or local analgesics.
La presente invención consiste en una compresa inteligente constituida por un hidrogel a base de poli N-isopropilacrilamida quitosano con nanovarillas de oro embebidas en su superficie. Esta cuenta con un sistema electrónico controlable de manera remota (una red de láseres) que suministra luz que es transformada a calor provocando que el polímero libere la sustancia hidrofílica. La compresa provee un tratamiento térmico de baja temperatura (menor a 45 °C) localizado de manera tópica. También es capaz de liberar líquidos hidrofílicos de manera controlada y programable de manera remota. Todo esto permite programar las horas y las dosis a suministrar con la finalidad de utilizarse en variados tratamientos, desde quimotrapia para melonomas expuestos, hasta fisioterapia y suministro de fármacos de uso libre como desinflamatorios o analgésicos locales. |
