It consists of a machine body (1) housing the main motor (3) with adjustable operation in both directions and a control panel (2) directly connected to a central control unit (4) with processing means and adapted to monitor and control in real-time. La presente invención aplica a máquinas de cocina y tiene el propósito de mejorar la operación, seguridad, ergonomía y versatilidad en el uso de este electrodoméstico. Este electrodoméstico consiste esencialmente de: un cuerpo de máquina (1) dentro del cual hay un motor principal (3) con operación ajustable en ambas direcciones, y un panel de control (2) a través del cual el usuario interactúa con la máquina de cocina y se conecta directamente a una unidad de control central (4), que comprende medios de procesamiento y que está adaptada para monitorear y controlar en tiempo real la operación de dicha máquina de cocina.
