Zusammenfassung:The invention describes a process for manufacturing a tyre (1 ) for vehicle wheels comprising a tread band (7) at a radially outer position with respect to an inner tyre component (2, 6) of tyre (1 ) having at least one electrically conductive surface (6a). The process comprises forming an electrically conductive layer (7a) in the thickness of the tread band (7) between portions (7b, 7e) of the tread band (7) arranged at an axially contiguous position and formed by depositing at least one continuous elongated element of green elastomeric material according to contiguous circumferential coils (10). The electrically conductive layer (7a) comprises an electrically conductive material comprising at least one carbon black having a BET surface area, measured in accordance with standard ASTM D 6556-16, of at least 300 m2/g and an OAN (Oil Absorption Number) absorption value, measured in accordance with standard ASTM D2414-16, equal to or greater than 200 (ml oil/100 g carbon black). La invención describe el proceso para fabricar un neumático (1) para llantas de vehículos que comprende una banda de rodadura (7) en una posición radialmente externa con respecto a un componente interno (2, 6) de neumático (1) que tiene al menos una superficie electroconductora (6a). El proceso comprende formar una capa electroconductora (7a) en el grosor de la banda de rodadura (7) entre las porciones (7b, 7e) de la banda de rodadura (7) dispuestas en una posición axialmente contigua y formada depositando al menos un elemento alargado continuo de material elastomérico crudo según las bobinas circunferenciales contiguas (10). La capa electroconductora (7a) comprende un material electroconductor que consta de un negro de carbón que tiene un área de superficie BET, medida de acuerdo con la norma ASTM D 6556-16, de al menos 300 m2/9 y un valor de absorción OAN (Numero de absorción de aceite), medido de acuerdo con la norma ASTM D2414-16, igual o superior a 200 (ml de aceite/100 g de carbono de negro).
