Zusammenfassung:	This oil absorbing mat is installed on a floor and absorbs oil, the oil absorbing mat being provided with an oil absorbing body that is provided on the upper surface side and that absorbs oil, and a permeation prevention layer that is provided on the floor side and that prevents permeation of the oil. The oil absorbing body has a smoothness of at least 0.8 seconds as measured in accordance with JIS P 8155 and an air-permeability resistance (Oken method) of no more than 28 seconds as measured in accordance with JIS P 8117.
