Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a formulation which comprises microcapsules which comprise a core comprising an extract rich in glucosinolates obtained from crucifers and a biopolymer, and an enteric coating comprising myrosinase and a biopolymer. The invention also relates to a procedure for obtaining the same and to a use of the formulation as such, or in dietetic food supplements for humans or animals due to its immunostimulant activity. La presente invención divulga una formulación que comprende microcápsulas que comprenden un núcleo que comprende un extracto rico en glucosinolatos obtenido a partir de crucíferas y un biopolímero, y una cubierta entérica que comprende mirosinasa y un biopolímero. La invención se refiere asimismo a un procedimiento para su obtención, y al uso de la formulación como tal, o en alimentos suplementos dietéticos para humanos o animales por su actividad inmunoestimuladora.
