CONTAINER WASHING AND DETERGENT FOR USE THEREOF

The presently disclosed subject matter is directed a method of cleaning a container said method comprising: a. providing a container; b. cleaning the container with an acidic detergent composition at 30-60°C for 1-15 minutes, wherein the detergent composition having, based on the total weight of the composition about 1-60 weight percent of an acid, about 1-60 weight percent of a solvent, and and about 1-10 weight percent of a nonionic surfactant; c. rinsing the container with water; d. cleaning the container with caustic solution at 30-60°C for 0.5-15 minutes; and e. rinsing the container with potable water. The method is used to clean and/or disinfect a wide variety of products (such as bottles) in the food, dairy, beverage, brewery, and soft drink industries. La presente invención se dirige a un método para limpiar un recipiente, el método comprende: a. proporcionar un recipiente; b. limpiar el recipiente con una composición detergente ácida a 30-60°C durante 1-15 minutos, en donde la composición detergente tiene, con base en el peso total de la composición, aproximadamente 1-60 por ciento en peso de un ácido, aproximadamente 1-60 por ciento en peso de un solvente, y aproximadamente 1-10 por ciento en peso de un tensioactivo no iónico; c. enjuagar el recipiente con agua; d. limpiar el recipiente con solución cáustica a 30-60°C durante 0.5-15 minutos; y e. enjuagar el recipiente con agua potable. El método se usa para limpiar y/o desinfectar una amplia variedad de productos (tales como botellas) en las industrias de alimentos, productos lácteos, bebidas, cervecería, y refrescos.
