Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a hollow fiber membrane-type blood purification device in which a hollow fiber membrane is packed into a receptacle, wherein the hollow fiber membrane includes a hydrophobic polymer, a hydrophilic polymer, and a fat-soluble material, the amount of the fat-soluble material on the inner surface of the hollow fiber membrane is 10mg/m2 to 300mg/m2, and the oxygen permeation coefficient of the receptacle is no more than 1.8×10-10cm3•cm/(cm2•s• cmHg). La presente invención proporciona un dispositivo hemodepurador con membrana de fibras huecas obtenido al llenar un recipiente con una membrana de fibras huecas, en el cual la membrana de fibras huecas contiene un polímero hidrofóbico, un polímero hidrofílico y una sustancia liposoluble; la cantidad de sustancia liposoluble sobre la superficie interior de la membrana de fibras huecas es de 10 mg/m2 o más, y de 300 mg/m2 o menos; y la velocidad de transmisión de oxígeno del recipiente es de 1.8x10-10 cm3?cm/ (cm2?s?cm de Hg) o menos.
