La presente invención provee un método de fabricación de una película flexible a base de caucho reciclado, conformado por la modificación superficial con moléculas y/o polímeros con naturaleza química hidrofóbica-hidrofílica; entrecruzamiento y/o aglutinado con moléculas o polímeros o resinas o mezclas de estos con grupos funcionales y termoformado de la película flexible, con características de porosidad y elasticidad, para su aplicación en superficies deportivas, industriales y decorativas.
