REAL TIME WEIGHT MONITORING SCALE FOR DRYING CHAMBERS

The present disclosure is related to a device that allows obtaining the weight of a food product that is being subjected to a dehydration process inside a drying chamber, avoiding opening the drying chamber to perform said procedure; storing the obtained data and avoiding temperature and drag effects on the weight sensor by thermal insulation and a servomotor to avoid the dragging error due to stress in the weight sensor. Esta invención se refiere a un dispositivo que permite obtener el peso de un producto alimenticio que está siendo sometido a un proceso de deshidratado dentro de una cámara de secado evitando abrir la cámara de secado para realizar dicha muestra almacenando los datos obtenidos y evitando efectos de temperatura y arrastre sobre el sensor de peso mediante aislamiento térmico y un servomotor para evitar el error de arrastre por estrés en el sensor de peso.
