Zusammenfassung: | The subject matter of the present invention is a torsional spring which is preferably configured as a torsion bar or helical spring from a spring wire comprising fibre composite material. Said torsional spring has a plurality of layers (Sj) of fibre reinforcement which are impregnated with a matrix material, wherein the layers have fibres which are subjected to tensile loading and fibres which are subjected to compressive loading. It is characteristic that the at least one group (Gk) which is subjected to compressive loading has a lower group stiffness than that group (Gk) with the highest group stiffness which is subjected to tensile loading. Furthermore, a method for designing a torsional spring from fibre composite material is disclosed.
El objeto de la presente invención es un resorte de torsión, que preferiblemente está configurado como resorte de varilla o helicoidal a partir de un alambre de resorte de un material compuesto de fibra. Este resorte de torsión presenta varios estratos (Sj) de refuerzo de fibras, que están impregnados con un material de matriz, presentando los estratos fibras que están cargadas a tracción y fibras que están cargadas a compresión. Es característico que el al menos un grupo cargado a compresión (Gk) disponga de una rigidez de grupo menor, con respecto al grupo cargado a tracción (Gk) que tiene la mayor rigidez de grupo. Además, se divulga un procedimiento para diseñar un resorte de torsión a partir de material compuesto de fibra. |
