Describimos un proceso de obtención de suspensiones de nanoplaquetas de grafeno por tratamientos de grafito por ultrasonido o medios mecánicos en presencia de ácido fosfórico; hemos determinado que bajo las condiciones encontradas el grafito se deslamina generando una suspensión estable de nanoplaquetas de grafeno. La novedad del proceso radica en la utilización y control de uso de ácido fosfórico como auxiliar de exfoliación y estabilizador de las suspensiones obtenidas, así como el procedimiento de remoción del ácido para obtener polvo de nanoplaquetas de grafeno de un bajo número de capas con un rendimiento cuantitativo. |
