Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a process for obtaining suspensions of graphene nano-platelet by treatment of graphite via ultrasound or mechanical means, in the presence of the phosphoric acid. The graphite is delaminated by generating a stable suspension of graphene nano-platelets, under the conditions found. The process is a novelty by using and controlling phosphoric acid as an exfoliation aid and stabilizer of the suspensions obtained, as well as the acid removal method for obtaining a powder of graphene nano-platelets of a low number of layers with a quantitative yield.
Describimos un proceso de obtención de suspensiones de nanoplaquetas de grafeno por tratamientos de grafito por ultrasonido o medios mecánicos en presencia de ácido fosfórico; hemos determinado que bajo las condiciones encontradas el grafito se deslamina generando una suspensión estable de nanoplaquetas de grafeno. La novedad del proceso radica en la utilización y control de uso de ácido fosfórico como auxiliar de exfoliación y estabilizador de las suspensiones obtenidas, así como el procedimiento de remoción del ácido para obtener polvo de nanoplaquetas de grafeno de un bajo número de capas con un rendimiento cuantitativo. |
