La invención se refiere a un compuesto de fórmula I: (ver Fórmula) Fórmula I, en donde, R1 y R2 se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo que consiste de arilo de (C6-10) opcionalmente sustituido y grupos heteroarilo de (C1-5); los compuestos se pueden utilizar en composiciones farmacéuticas, en particular en el tratamiento del cáncer.
