Zusammenfassung:Food freshness indicator ink and method for the manufacture of a food freshness indicator ink. It comprises a varnish that constitutes between 90-98% of the total, said varnish comprising between 5-25% of the total amount of the varnish of at least one film-forming resin or at least one vinylic resin or a mixture thereof, between 10-25% of the amount of the resin of a plasticiser additive and between 50-75% of the total amount of the varnish of solvents, and between 2-10% of the total of metallic salts. Tinta indicadora de frescura de los alimentos y método para la fabricación de una tinta indicadora de frescura de los alimentos. Comprende un barniz que constituye entre el 90% al 98% del total, el barniz comprende entre el 5% al 25% de la cantidad total del barniz de por lo menos una resina formadora de película o por lo menos una resina de vinilo o una combinación de las mismas, entre el 10% al 25% de la cantidad de la resina de un aditivo plastificante y entre el 50% al 75% de la cantidad total del barniz de los solventes, y entre el 2% al 10% del total de las sales metálicas.
