Zusammenfassung: | The present disclosure is related to an organotin fluorescent compound derived from a Schiff base with a phenyl group as an electron donor, having an absorption of ultraviolet light in a range of 422 nm, a cytotoxicity of a 3 and up to an 83% and is used as a contrast compound in the specific staining of the cell cytoplasm, in addition to other applications in photoelectronics and silk dyeing. A compound with the following chemical formula is formed: [N-(4-diethylamino-2-oxidebenzylidene)-4-nitrobenzylhydrazone] di-n-butyltin, having an ultraviolet light absorption spectrum of 422 nm, when used at an optimal concentration of 1 Ág/mL, the cytotoxicity is only of a 20%.
La presente invención describe un compuesto fluorescente de organoestaño derivado de una base Schiff con un grupo fenil como donador de electrones que posee una absorción de luz ultravioleta en un rango de 422 nm, una citotoxicidad del 3 al 83% y se usa como compuesto contrastante en la tinción específica del citoplasma de células, además de otras aplicaciones en fotoelectrónica y como tinte de seda, el compuesto con la fórmula química [N-(4-Dietilamino-2-oxidobencilideno)-4-nitrobencihidracid ato] di-n-butilestaño, posee un espectro de absorción de luz ultravioleta de 422 nm, cuando se utiliza a una concentración óptima de 1 µg/mL la citotoxicidad es solamente del 20%. |
