La presente invención consiste en un proceso y composición farmacéutica de una combinación de clorhidrato de tramadol-etoricoxib para el tratamiento del dolor, cuyo proceso de obtención está dado a partir de dos activos la cual consiste en gránulos y/o multiparticulados con clorhidrato de tramadol y gránulos y/o multiparticulados con etoricoxib los cuales pueden estar contenidos en una mezcla de polvos, o comprimidos en una tableta bicapa con o sin recubrimiento o en una capsula como granulados y/o tabletas con o sin recubrimiento.
