Zusammenfassung:The purpose of the present invention is to reduce a phenomenon wherein the clutch squeals in the initial stage of use. This friction material (10) for clutches comprises a base (20), an interlayer (30), and an outermost surface layer (40). The base (20) includes a rubber material and a thermosetting resin. The interlayer (30) has been formed on the base (20) and comprises a vitreous carbon structure or graphite structure which has resulted from the heat curing of the thermosetting resin contained in the base (20). The outermost surface layer (40) has been formed on the interlayer (30) and comprises a pyrolysis product which has resulted from the pyrolysis of the rubber and resin component contained in the base (20). Se pretende suprimir un fenómeno de rechinamiento de embrague en una etapa inicial de uso. El material de fricción de embrague (10) actual incluye un material base (20), una capa intermedia (30) y una capa de superficie exterior (40). El material base (20) contiene un material de caucho y una resina termoestable. La capa intermedia (30) está dispuesta sobre el material base (20) e incluye cualquiera de una estructura de carbón vidrio o una estructura de grafito formada como un resultado de curado térmico de la resina termoestable contenida en el material base (20). La capa de superficie exterior (40) se dispone sobre la capa intermedia (30) y contiene un pirolizado producido como un resultado de pirolisis de componentes de caucho y resina contenidos en el material base (20).
