Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is related to a device called structured cellular panel reinforced with fiber composite material. The device comprises a honeycomb-like structure which is constructed from a unit cell of dimensionally optimized hexagonal geometry; said geometry represents stability and thanks to an iterative process, the same is scalable to a single element of greater dimensions according with the aircrafts’ technical requirements. Said honeycomb structure is manufactured by a dynamic process of additive composite materials manufacturing, allowing obtaining complex geometries with excellent mechanical properties. This honeycomb structure is located between two high resistance and light weight plates forming a sandwich-like structure. The sandwich-type structure focuses on replacing metallic parts in aircrafts, especially fuselage and wing profiles contributing with weight optimization for better performance without compromising safety factors.
Esta invención se refiere a un dispositivo llamado PANEL CELULAR ESTRUCTURADO EN MATERIAL COMPUESTO DE FIBRA REFORZADA. El dispositivo comprende una estructura tipo honeycomb que se construye a partir de una celda unitaria de geometría hexagonal optimizada a nivel dimensional, dicha geometría representa estabilidad y gracias a un proceso iterativo es escalable a un solo elemento de mayores dimensiones de acuerdo con las necesidades técnicas de las aeronaves. Dicho honeycomb es manufacturado por un proceso dinámico de manufactura aditiva de materiales compuestos, lo que permite obtener geometrías complejas de excelentes propiedades mecánicas. Esta estructura honeycomb se encuentra entre dos placas de alta resistencia y peso ligero que conforman una estructura final tipo sandwich. La estructura tipo sandwich se enfoca al reemplazo de partes metálicas en aeronaves, especialmente fuselaje y perfiles de ala lo que se traduce en optimización de peso para mejor rendimiento sin comprometer factores de seguridad. |
