La invención comprende una preparación cosmética o dermatológica acondicionadora de la piel, libre de emulsionante y con estructura granular, caracterizada por contenidos de alcoholes grasos y cera o parafina para el uso sobre la piel húmeda. La preparación se caracteriza por una producción especial, que provoca a su vez sólo las propiedades ventajosas de un acondicionamiento de la piel.
