Zusammenfassung: | The dewaxing furnace (300) is an indirect fire furnace used for melting the wax of pieces that have been subjected to a metallic coating process such as nickel, chromium and cadmium, where the wax is used as a masking agent for preventing the coating from being adhered to the parts that must remain uncoated. The invention comprises: a dewaxing pit (300), where the piece to be dewaxed is introduced by means of hot air, recirculating fans (315), which are intended to generate a turbulence in the inner portion of the dewaxing pit (300) and over the piece to be dewaxed, suitable means for opening and closing the lid of the body of the dewaxing pit (320), a burner (100) of natural gas, diesel or the like for heating the air that will be introduced into the body of the dewaxing pit (300) in an indirect form, a heat exchanger (100) for transferring the heat of the combustion gases of the burner (100) to the air that will be introduced into the dewaxing pit (300), a secondary fan (500) intend ed to introduce the air into the heat exchanger (200) and then to the dewaxing pit (300), suitable means for maintaining the hot temperature of the wax located at the bottom of the pit (300e); a pump (700) intended to pump the recovered wax to a wax storing element, an extractor (600) intended to expel the combustion gases of the heat exchanger (200), a flue gas conduction system (701) for removing the combustion gases from the heat exchanger.
La cuba de desencerado (300), es un horno a fuego indirecto que se utiliza para fundir la cera de piezas que han sido sometidas a un proceso de recubrimiento metálico tal como Niquelado, Cromado o Cadminizado y donde la cera, es utilizada como agente enmascarante para que el recubrimiento no se adhiera a las partes que no se requiere recubrir.
