El uso de alcoholes de la fórmula (I) en donde X se selecciona de hidroxilo e hidroxialquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono; III) n es un número entero de 6 a 10 y R se selecciona de hidrógeno y metilo; o IV) n es 0 o 1 y R se selecciona de alquilo de 3 a 6 átomos de carbono ramificado y cicloalquilo de 5 a 6 átomos de carbono; con la condición de que el compuesto de la fórmula (I) contenga de 11 a 15 átomos de carbono, para la reducción de la percepción sensorial de mal olor. |
