Zusammenfassung: | The present disclosure is related to a method for: preparing alkoxysilane products with different degrees of hydrolysis with H2SO4, for preparing polydimethylsiloxane products with different degrees of hydrolysis / oxidation with H2SO4:H2O2 and condensation products between the modified polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and a modified alkoxysilane. The combination of these materials in an aqueous emulsion, can be sprinkled on argillaceous surfaces (soil, ceramics, pottery, etc.) to control the degradation or deterioration effect of said surfaces under the effect of moisture or entrainment by water. The distinctive feature of this invention is that both silicon derivatives (Polydimethylsiloxane and alkoxysilane) are modified chemically before being condensed to promote emulsification, condensation and bonding with the argillaceous materials and therefore their permanence and operation to repel water.
La invención proporciona un método para: preparar productos de alcoxisilanos de diferente grado de hidrolisis con H2SO4, preparar productos de polidimetilsiloxano de diferente grado de hidrolisis-oxidación con H2SO4:H2O2 y productos de condensación entre el polidimetilsiloxano (PDMS) modificado, y un alcoxisilano modificado. La combinación de estos materiales dentro de una emulsión acuosa se puede asperjar sobre superficies arcillosas (suelo, cerámica, alfarería, etc.) para controlar el efecto de la degradación o deterioración de dichas superficies por efecto de la humedad o arrastre por agua. El rasgo distintivo de esta invención es que ambos derivados de silicio (polidimetilsiloxano y alcoxisilano) son modificados químicamente antes de ser condensados para favorecer su emulsificación, su condensación y su enlace con los materiales arcillosos, y por ende su permanencia y funcionamiento para repeler el agua. |
