Zusammenfassung: | The present device is applied to a linear driving unit which comprises: a linear electric motor (M) formed by a motor housing (C) which is electrically excited and affixed to a fixed structure (1), and by a magnetic armature (A) which is displaced in a reciprocating axial movement; and a helical resonant spring (50) having an end coupled to the fixed structure (1) and an opposite end coupled to the magnetic armature (A). The deformation control device (60) is mounted to contact a surface extension of the resonant spring (50), which is elastically and radially deformed, and to generate friction with said surface extension and/or an elastic deformation in the deformation control device (60), absorbing energy in a value sufficient to at least minimize said radial elastic deformation of the resonant spring (50).
El presente dispositivo es aplicado a una unidad de accionamiento lineal que comprende: un motor eléctrico lineal (M) formado por un alojamiento de motor (C) que es eléctricamente estimulado y fijado a una estructura fija (1), y por una armadura magnética (A) que es desplazada en un movimiento axial alternante; y un resorte resonante helicoidal (50) que tiene un extremo acoplado a la estructura fija (1) y un extremo opuesto acoplado a la armadura magnética (A); el dispositivo de control de deformación (60) es montado para contactar una extensión de superficie del resorte resonante (50), que es deformado elástica y radialmente, y para generar fricción con dicha extensión de superficie y/o una deformación elástica en el dispositivo de control de deformación (60), absorbiendo energía en un valor suficiente para al menos minimizar dicha deformación elástica radial del resorte resonante (50). |
