Zusammenfassung: | The proposed composition presents improvements in the composition of a coating based on natural components, which provides the same with a high coating power, humidity and heat insulation, being environmentally friendly upon using materials with a low volatility and impact, also replacing the use of components derived from petroleum commonly used in the manufacture of coatings or paints. The invention is presented as a water-based enamel, which comprises a vehicle, a pigment, a thickening agent, a dispersing agent and a pH regulator, a film former or sealer and a fungicide; in addition presenting the method for manufacturing the suggested batches for the obtention of the same.
La composición propuesta presenta mejoras en la composición de un recubrimiento a base de componentes naturales que le permiten tener un amplio poder cubriente, aislante de la humedad y el calor, amigable con el medio ambiente al contar con la incorporación de materiales de bajo impacto y volatilidad, además de que sustituye el uso de componentes derivados del petróleo comúnmente empleados en la fabricación de recubrimientos o pinturas. La presente invención se presenta como un esmalte a base de agua que comprende un vehículo, un pigmento, un agente espesante, un agente dispersante y regulador de pH, un formador de película o sellador y un fungicida; adicionalmente se trata el método de fabricación por lotes sugeridos para su obtención. |
