Zusammenfassung:	The invention is directed to an insulator (1) for a gas insulated device, an injection mold (15) and a method for making the same. The insulator (1) comprises an injection molded insulator disc (2) and a conductor (3). The insulator disc (2) comprises a center opening (4) encompassed by an inner bead (5) inside which the conductor (3) is arranged. The insulator disc (2) consists out of a first material,which is injection molded onto the conductor (3). La invención está dirigida a un aislante (1) para un dispositivo aislado al gas, un molde de inyección (15) y un método para la elaboración del mismo. El aislante (1) comprende un disco aislante moldeado por inyección (2) y un conductor (3). El disco aislante (2) comprende una abertura central (4) abarcada por una moldura convexa interna (5) dentro de la cual el conductor (3) está acomodado. El disco aislante (2) consiste de un primer material, el cual es moldeado por inyección dentro del conductor (3).
